We’re all different and we have the freedom to choose what is best for us. When you know which one is the best, make sure to create a practice that will eventually become a habit and that’s how you can reach mastery. Healthy habits are at the core of any meaningful and lasting change, and with compassion and love we all can put them in place. No matter if we fall off some days, as long as we keep going back to our new habit we’ll be able to keep it.
